I liked this quote from Jeff Iorg... which I discovered in his book, The Character of Leadership:The simple goal of becoming more like Jesus should be the ultimate goal of every leader. Leaders are usually remembered for who they were, not what they did. Instead of building monuments to our ingenuity, we should be focused on building lives worth remembering.
